- 1957 Founded as a tea wholesaler and refined tea factory at Shima, KANAYA Town
(Shimada City, Shizuoka prefecture now)
- 1978 Established Kanes Tea
- 1980 Started Mail order department
- 1987 Expanded Headquarters Factory
- 1990 Named Chabouzu as Mail order department
- 1995 Changed from a limited company to a joint-stock company
- 2000 Started Blend Tea Sales

- 2002 Yukiya Komatsu, 3rd generation, became representative director
